Appointment form privacy information
The full name, telephone number, optional email address, general subject, preferred date and time, confirmation method and optional note submitted through this form are collected electronically. They are processed to receive your appointment request, check availability and contact you. The processing is based on Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 for steps taken at your request in connection with the possible establishment of a service relationship, and Article 5(2)(f) for the data controller’s legitimate interest in managing communications securely. The data may be transferred to communications and hosting providers to the extent required to operate the service, and to legally authorised public bodies where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
